ooh . . . look what today is . . .

Friday, November 12, 2004

guess what today is?!  my birthday?  nope.  one-year anniversary of ebct?  nope (that was two months ago).  friday?  um . . . well- yea.  but that's not my point!

today is the one-year anniversary of . . . my last post on xanga!  believe it or not . . . today marks exactly 366 days (leap year) since i last graced the online community with my humble presence.

okay- see you next year, Nov 12, 2005

hopefully this post wasn't too anticlimatic.

deJu know . . . hunEEbEE coincidentally left e-props on my previous post dated 11/12/2003 exactly 365 days later on 11/11/2004.

it's truly an awesome testament to how restless and hectic life is when you've barely 10 spare min's to log a quick xanga entry.

truly awesome indeed . . . but that's not at all the reason why I haven't updated in such a long time.

but I just wanted to let y'all (all 6 of you) know that my e-mail updates can be found online here.

that is all.

aite . . . so apparently I need to clarify my last post.  in hindsight, I realize how misleading my words may have been . . . sooo- in no way whatsoever was I referring to my new life here in taiwan when I said, "you don't really seem to care."  hopefully most of y'all caught the connection when I wrote "four days later-" . . . it was in reference to the excitement and inertia with which I started xanga-ing . . . you've probably noticed that the frequency of my posts have dwindled . . .

anyways- ben and I took passport photos yesterday for our application into the language program at NTU.  they gave us eight photos along w/ a CD of the picture they took.  apparently, the taiwanese take photos very seriously . . . even passport photos.  ahh- the wonders of the digital age . . . here's a before and after.

okay- now that you've stopped laughing . . . ben and I also bought bikes.  how much?  $3000 NT for both . . . yes- for both.  how much is that? . . . find out here.

deJu know . . . 93% of all greeting cards are purchased by women.

ever begin a new interest in life . . . being fully enamored by the concept and intricacy of new worlds and new experiences . . . and then a mere four days later- you don't really seem to care?

i have.
